Federal Employment Law Advisor Offered by the Department of Labor

Wondering if you are complying with federal employment laws and regulations? Do you know all of the federal employment laws that affect your library/business/organization? The Department of Labor is now offering a resource on its website to help employers determine whether they are complying with certain federal employment regulations. This resource is an interactive advisor tool. The advisor tool is supposed to “help users determine if they are in compliance with federal employment laws by asking questions, providing information and directing the individual to appropriate resolutions.” You can find this advisor tool at www.dol.gov/elaws/.
