All reports on this page can be ordered from Vicky. Select the name of the report you want run and either call, email, or IM Vicky. She will run these reports for you and email them back to you. Full online libraries have access to the majority of these reports in Web Reporter.

Available_Holds_By_Expiration_Date.pdf
List of Available Holds By Expiration Date range. This report shows items available for pickup that expire in a given date range.

Count_Active_Holds_By_Library.pdf
Sample Count active holds by library report. This report shows a simple count of all active holds per library by hold placed, pickup library or user library.

Cancelled_holds_list.pdf
Sample Cancelled holds list report. This report shows all cancelled holds for the selected hold placed or pickup library or libraries.

Sample All Active Holds By User Library report. This report shows all active holds for the selected user library or libraries.
